Hi, I’m Yvonne!

I’ve lived many lives, (expat, mother, corporate professional, competitive athlete, entrepreneur) and each one stretched me, reshaped me, and taught me what it means to start over.

Whether you’re an expatriate adjusting to a new culture, a mother feeling the weight of identity loss, or a woman facing fertility struggles, menopause, or shifting family roles, you don’t have to go through it alone.

In therapy, we slow down, get honest, and understand what’s really going on. I’m warm and supportive, but I’ll also gently challenge the patterns that hold you back.

I work in English and German, online or in person, using a trauma-informed, evidence-based, deeply human approach. A space to drop the mask, understand your story, and reconnect with the version of you that feels real.
